Having made his start in the area over 10 years ago, Page Robertson (P. Robertson Building Corp.) has made quite a name for himself building exquisite custom homes for satisfied clients in New Hanover and Brunswick and Counties. Recognizing the need for the same quality and care to be put into residential neighborhood building as he was putting into his custom company, Brookside Homes was started in 2003. In 2006 Page Robertson recently became part of the select group of 2,000 professional builders nationwide that have earned the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation, identifying him as one of the top professionals in his industry. Administered by the National Association of Home Building (NAHB) University of Housing, the CGB program is awarded after completing an intensive series of nine six-hour courses. The CGB curriculum incorporates training by leading building industry practitioners and academics on a range of topics including business management, emerging technologies and market trends. After earning the CGB credentials, program graduates are required to maintain their designation through completion of an additional six hours of training annually.
